Raised in a very entrepreneurial family, Philip always knew he would someday be self-employed. Someday turned out to be not too far away as he started a golf ball cleaning & resale business at 9 years of age!

His love for architecture & design is what first ignited Philip’s interest in real estate. Now a passionate Realtor®, active investor and rental property owner, Philip is constantly looking for ways to educate and add value for his clients, while learning & growing through the process.

As a member of RRI, real estate coaching and of REIN, real estate investment network, Philip is constantly comparing his performance & methods against the top performing teams & individuals across Canada in an effort to raise the bar and avoid becoming complacent or unnecessary.

About Chantal Hollett

Client Care Manager

Born & raised in Montreal, Quebec, Chantal is fully bilingual in French & English. She has over 25 years of Client Care Experience through various Sales Support, Contract Administration and Client Service roles in the financial industry, with proven success providing service excellence to customers and partners. With her love for people, Chantal has a profound ability to cultivate solid working and personal relationships.

Chantal initially started getting involved in Philip’s real estate business mainly as a bookkeeper. As the business grew, the need for help in other facets of the business became evident. Chantal finally made the leap and has joined forces with Philip in March 2016 to oversee all aspects of client care, marketing, transaction coordination, process improvement and administration.

Outside of work, Chantal has a passion for food & entertaining and strives to maintain work-life balance & a healthy lifestyle.
